Second, the cost factor, most of the SDI converter on the market using ordinary SFP optical modules, that is, 1.25G rate and 2.5G rate digital SFP optical modules to replace the SDI converter dedicated VIDIO SFP optical modules, so that it is inevitable that the transmission of the code rate of irregularities in a large number of BER. The application field of HD SDI optical transmitter has higher picture quality requirements, naturally, it cannot tolerate the picture not smooth, so it should adopt 3G-SDI optical module dedicated for HD SDI optical transmitter, in order to ensure that there is no flickering screen, black screen, blue screen and other phenomena during the transmission of high-definition images.
