Warranty Period: 3 years
During the warranty term, Walsun only covers defects caused by normal use and logistics damage, quality problems, etc. And we will pay for the round-trip freight for the warranty items.
Return Window: Products can be returnable for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
1.Returns must include all accessories
2.Items must include original packaging
3.For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
4.For non-quality related warranty claims, Walsun refunds the cost of the product itself
Maintenance: We warrant maintenance for defects in materials and manufacture to the original purchasers. If you have some problems with your products, Walsun provides maintenance service for those products that have not exceeded the standard warranty period.
Free warranty items:

Free warranty exclusions：
1. The products have exceeded the warranty term.
2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification and any other human factors.
3. Damage caused by natural disasters such as impact, fire, lightning, flooding or human negligence.
4. Damage caused by improper operation to equipment shells, power supplies, etc. during use.
5. Please note that customized products may only change or cancel an order for Product(s) up until the time we begin manufacturing the products unless approved.
How do I return an item?
1. Please reach out to Walsun account manager to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide a picture of products or a series number to confirm the order number.
2. Walsun manager will get back to you and share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to us.
